Responsibilities
Inspect and document homes for storm damage
Meet directly with homeowners to educate them on repairs and the claims process
Sign restoration agreements with clients
Create detailed estimates for restoration projects
Engage in marketing and lead generation to attract new prospects
Qualification
Required
Must be comfortable engaging face-to-face with customers, building rapport and trust in every interaction
Ability to climb ladders and access roofs safely as part of the inspection and project management process
Access to dependable transportation is required to travel to job sites and client meetings
Demonstrate independence, self-discipline, and effective time management skills, including the ability to create and manage your own work schedule
Willingness to proactively self-generate leads while also following up on leads provided by the office, maximizing opportunities for growth
Other avenues of lead generation include canvasing, going door-to-door, attending potential social events, and other creative options
