Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and oversight for civil engineering design activities
Ensure engineering deliverables meet applicable codes, regulations, and quality standards
Support project execution through scope management, schedule coordination, and budget awareness
Identify and manage scope changes in coordination with project stakeholders
Assist with proposal development, workload forecasting, and labor-hour estimation
Coordinate civil engineering work with other technical disciplines
Oversee preparation and review of design drawings, calculations, and specifications
Maintain alignment between discipline engineers and project leadership throughout project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Progressive experience in civil engineering design and project execution, with seniority determined by years of experience
Preferred
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (required or strongly preferred, depending on level)
