Responsibilities
Track, maintain, and analyze project cost data, including job cost reports, labor burden, and subcontractor expenses
Reconcile project accounts, assist with monthly project close activities, and contribute to month-end reporting
Review, code, and post job cost transactions, change orders, and project-related expenses
Generate project cost reports and variance analyses, and provide financial support to project managers
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities related to project billing and vendor payments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
1–3 years of experience in project accounting, construction accounting, or a comparable accounting role
Proficiency in Excel
Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Jonas, or similar platforms
