Turning messy, ambiguous inputs into shippable product
Keeping engineering focused
Ensuring the business, customers, and product stay in sync
Partner closely with the Head of Product
Act as the single-threaded owner for delivery, prioritization, and cross-functional clarity

Required

2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical PM, or delivery-focused PM at an early-stage B2B SaaS or fintech startup
Strong technical fluency: APIs, backend services, integrations, data pipelines, and AI/LLM-based systems
Excellent problem decomposition and scope discipline
Clear, concise communication—especially written specs and tickets
Comfort with healthy conflict: pushing back, making tradeoffs, and disagreeing constructively
Bias for action and full ownership
Willingness to be customer-facing and hands-on

Preferred

Experience with AI, LLMs, or agentic systems
Familiarity with AML/KYC or fintech regulatory environments
Experience supporting sales via demos or technical discovery
Background scaling products from 0→1 or 1→N
