Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle phone calls, correspondence, and meeting prep
Track and maintain project documentation, subconsultant contracts, and insurance certificates
Coordinate client and internal meetings, including scheduling and logistics
Support proposals, marketing materials, and internal communications
Plan team-building and studio culture initiatives
Uphold discretion, organization, and efficiency across all administrative functions
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite; adept at learning new software quickly
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, polished, and adaptable in a creative, fast-moving environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Prior experience in architecture, design, or construction
