Responsibilities
Help children and their families learn new skills and techniques using the therapy that is most effective for autism
Create an individualized pediatric treatment program tailored to their needs
Work on communication, social skills, aggression, non-compliance, self-help skills, play, academics, or fine and gross motor skills
Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life
Qualification
Required
Graduate from an accredited Board-Certified Behavior Analysis program
Current or pending licensure as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst within the respective state
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
