Staffing front desk
Managing office supplies, data, and files
Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
Placing textbook orders
Creating digital and printed content and providing communications support
Editing, word processing, data entry, and internet searches
Answering questions about the organization and associated activities
Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current work study award available for SPRING SEMESTER 2026
Ability to provide administrative support in the Office of Faculty Affairs & Division Support (FADS)
Ability to complete various administrative tasks
Ability to interact with staff and faculty
Ability to gain general office experience
Ability to staff front desk
Ability to manage office supplies, data, and files
Ability to schedule appointments and arrange meetings
Ability to place textbook orders
Ability to create digital and printed content and provide communications support
Ability to edit, word process, perform data entry, and conduct internet searches
Ability to answer questions about the organization and associated activities
Ability to perform other administrative duties as assigned
Successful completion of a criminal background check and/or drug screen may be required
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Excel, in particular)
