Maintain a high conversion rate through consistent follow-ups and strategic pipeline reviews to fuel long-term company growth
Maintain active communication with key partners to stay ahead of pricing, product updates, and collaborative opportunities
Conduct performance reviews and strategy sessions with vendors to optimize margins and enhance our client value proposition
Log all interactions and generate competitive quotes promptly, ensuring the CRM serves as a 'single source of truth.'
Audit data accuracy and generate health reports to analyze pipeline trends and engagement levels
Monitor deliverables—including shipping accuracy and onboarding timelines—to ensure seamless client satisfaction
Track and report on 'New Logo' acquisition and client diversity metrics to ensure sustainable, high-quality business expansion
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
Proficiency in CRM software and data management
Ability to analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Experience in lead generation and qualification
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
