Responsibilities
Support and maintain integrations between SellerCloud and external platforms
Monitor inventory, order, pricing, and fulfillment data flows
Own issues end-to-end and ensure full resolution
Work directly with Operations and IT to define and execute requirements
Maintain clear technical documentation
Travel to our North Brunswick, NJ warehouse 2–3 times per month to support workflows and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL and MySQL experience
Experience working with any SaaS platform or ERP system
Experience supporting backend or operational systems
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams
Preferred
Experience with APIs or multi-system data flows
SellerCloud experience (ShipBridge, ReceiveBridge, Skustack)
Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or warehouse environments
