Technical Support Analyst
Carr Allison is a well-regarded civil litigation firm, boasting a team of over 150 attorneys across the Southeast. They are hiring a Technical Support Analyst to provide front-line IT support to attorneys and staff, ensuring reliable hardware and software performance across the Firm.

Responsibilities
Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in person; resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed
Document all actions in ticketing systems and maintain knowledge base
Perform onsite support, installations, and configuration of hardware/software
Maintain and troubleshoot desktop equipment; assist with inventory and upgrades
Flexibility required - provide on-call and weekend support on a rotation basis
Collaborate on and support IT projects and process improvements
Qualification
Required
2 years of desktop support experience required
Ability to work a flexible schedule - provide after-hours and weekend support on a rotation basis
Strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; experience with Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, and Print Server administration
Ability to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
Ability to travel - travel to our Florida offices, as needed
Preferred
law firm experience strongly preferred
Experience with any of the following is a huge plus - Aderant, iManage, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Intune, and PDQ Deploy
