Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations across all legal entities and operations

Provide comprehensive, accurate monthly financial updates to senior management and parent entity

Ensure an effective and efficient monthly financial close and manage a successful year-end audit

Develop, implement and maintain accounting policies, financial controls and guidelines

Establish and drive strategic vision and priorities for the company's financial reporting function

Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in compliance with US GAAP

Lead the monthly review of individual reporting units’ financial submissions

Assist in the preparation, review and presentation of the monthly performance reports

Identify opportunities for and drive organizational initiatives to support process improvements

Coordinate with head of Financial Planning with respect to fulfilling ongoing and ad hoc requests from Det-Tronics leadership, Spectrum Safety Solutions and their private equity sponsor for financial information

Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of global accounting policies

Assist with business development activities and related financial diligence and purchase accounting activities

Ensure all statutory reports in local GAAP and local filings are completed accurately and filed on time
