Client Service Coordinator

Integrate Wealth Management is a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial LLC, seeking a Client Service Coordinator to enhance client experiences. The role involves providing critical administrative and operational support to ensure smooth practice operations and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to resource for scheduling client meetings, preparing agendas, and managing follow-up communications
Create and organize presentations, correspondence, and client materials
Coordinate projects, client appreciation events, and seminars
Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide a welcoming experience for clients—both in person and over the phone
Support advisors and team members with day-to-day operations and special initiatives

Required
