Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment of exempt-level roles, primarily engineering, software and project management
Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with company guidelines, negotiate salaries and present job offers to candidates
Represent Bastian Solutions at career fairs and other local events
Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews
Develop a strategy to increase talent pool
Maintain a pipeline of candidates for commonly filled positions
Develop and administer communication plans to attract active and passive candidates
Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
Participate in organizational wide improvement projects
Help with company-wide engagement events
Qualification
Required
Full-cycle recruitment of exempt-level roles, primarily engineering, software and project management

Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to use ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintain complete candidate tracking information
Ability to provide consistent communication and messages to candidates regarding our company, products, culture, etc
Knowledge of using Networking, Social Media and technology to attract passive top talent
Ability to work independently and be resourceful
Ability to manage confidential employee relation information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
