Business Operations Specialist
Employment Enterprises, Inc. is working with a leading public broadcasting station in the nation’s capital. They are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the SharePoint environment, ensuring efficient collaboration and supporting business teams.

Responsibilities
Audit and clean up existing SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to improve usability and compliance with governance standards
Design and implement standardized templates for sites, pages, and document libraries to support consistent user experience
Manage site structure, permissions, and metadata to ensure secure and organized content
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend SharePoint solutions for business needs
Provide user support and training on best practices for document management and collaboration
Maintain documentation of configurations, templates, and processes; contribute to knowledge base and job aids
Monitor platform health and usage, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with IT as needed
Support basic workflow automation using Power Automate and assist with content migrations when required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience working with SharePoint
Strong understanding of site structure, permissions, and governance
Experience creating and managing SharePoint templates, lists, and libraries
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and basic Power Automate workflows
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
