Responsibilities
Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate testing and diagnostics of manufacturing processes
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of diagnostic machinery to determine and address issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improvements strictly adhering to quality standards
Document and report diagnostic results and maintain records for compliance and quality assurance
Assist in the development and refinement of diagnostic procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, including the safe handling and management of any hazardous materials
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and collaboratively with team members
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with mechanical diagnostic equipment
Basic working knowledge of mechanical tools, including various wrenches, drivers, sockets, and pliers
Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills
Must score a 100 or less on Color Test
Ability to work with percentages, decimals, and fractions and do related calculations
Ability to accurately use precision weighing equipment
