Responsibilities
Request and/or purchase original police reports and/or amended police reports
Set up/verify claims with insurance companies
Gather information such as limits, dec pages, & why liability is pending and assist, if possible, (i.e., provide photos of accident)
Filter potential clients and get them signed and onboarded
Manage clients through the treatment process to start to finish
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in SPANISH is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently and under pressure
Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel). Google Calendar or other similar legal organizational programs
