Responsibilities
Implement daily schedules to keep our courses in peak "tournament-ready" condition
Calibrate spreaders and sprayers; apply fertilizers and pesticides while maintaining meticulous records
Operate advanced irrigation tech, including Toro Lynx and Flowtronics pump stations
Step up to lead small crews on specialized projects, honing your management style
Gain insight into our Turf & Landscape Management Plans, Environmental Programs, and Capital Budgets
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in college-level coursework in Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, or a related field
Valid Driver's License required (21+ to drive resort vehicles). Must be able to obtain a state Pesticide Applicator License
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and navigate stairs/slopes in various weather conditions
A high degree of problem-solving ability, professional appearance, and a 'team-first' attitude
