Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on topics related to employment, immigration, compliance, and corporate law
Summarize findings and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making
Assist in drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence with external legal partners
Support legal team on immigration-related matters by collecting documentation, tracking case statuses, following up on deadlines, maintain compliance with U.S. employment-based immigration requirements
Assist in monitoring and documenting compliance with internal policies and applicable legal/regulatory standards
Update internal systems with legal or compliance-related information as needed
Organize and maintain legal files, both physical and digital. Assist in scheduling meetings with legal partners, tracking deliverables, preparing agendas, and recording meeting notes
Providing administrative support as assigned by team
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate in HR-related majors
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively and in a professional manner
High integrity with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Preferred
strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and communication
