They are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Partnerships Manager to support their social media, production, and affiliate marketing efforts, ideal for recent graduates or those with some experience.

Responsibilities

Support affiliate, influencer, and brand partnerships, with priority on affiliates and influencers

Manage inbound partnership inquiries and assist with outbound outreach to potential partners

Help onboard new affiliates and partners, primarily through Social Snowball

Act as a point of contact for Social Snowball, helping monitor and flag technical issues

Coordinate partner follow ups, track deliverables, and maintain partner status trackers

Support affiliates by sharing product manuals, delivery expectations, and talking points

Assist with building and organizing partnership contracts and agreements

Pull and maintain performance reports for top affiliates from Social Snowball

Support payout tracking and ensure commissions are processed correctly

Help ensure any payments handled outside of Social Snowball are removed from the platform

Maintain partnership calendars, trackers, and documentation

Assist with light administrative tasks related to partnerships and affiliates
