Responsibilities
Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns
Manage and grow our presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Monitor trends, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to build community and brand trust
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach
Create and manage paid social media campaigns that align with marketing plan
Design print materials such as postcards, mailers, flyers, door hangers, yard signs, truck inserts, event signage, and brand collateral
Produce clean, production-ready files for vendors (correct bleed, crop marks, CMYK, sizing, etc.)
Update and maintain internal brand assets (templates, fonts, color palettes, job fair materials, forms, etc.)
Coordinate with print vendors to verify specs, proofing, and delivery timelines
Support internal departments with one-off design needs
Collaborate and assist with writing short-form copy for social posts, graphics, and basic ad creative
Maintain organized content libraries (photos, videos, raw assets, Canva files, etc.)
Help produce presentations, one-sheets, and internal documents in alignment with brand guidelines
Support event marketing efforts—capturing content, creating signage, and helping with on-site needs
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience managing professional social media accounts
2+ years' experience in graphic and digital design
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Portfolio of work that can be submitted for review
Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and brand voice
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for on-site shoots

Preferred
Experience in home services, construction, or related industries
Experience with paid social media advertising and performance tracking
Skilled in photography, video shooting, lighting, and editing at a professional capacity
Drone pilot certification or experience
