Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Loyalty experiences
Own features from concept to launch, including requirements, KPIs, implementation, and go-to-market
Partner with Marketing to optimize customer lifecycle tools and engagement strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless online and in-store experiences
Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitors to inform decisions
Advocate for product value and present clearly to stakeholders and executives
Lead agile delivery, manage sprints, and remove blockers to ensure on-time launches

Required

5+ years of Product Management in e-commerce, retail, or transaction-based products
Proven success launching customer-facing web and mobile products; Loyalty experience preferred
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and KPI-driven product development
Experience leveraging AI solutions for product or process automation
Solid technical understanding of APIs, web services, and modern platforms
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams
BA/BS required; MBA a plus
