Required

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to guide and develop teams
Experience in financial planning, budget management, and operational efficiency strategies

Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Knowledge of property management principles, including familiarity with residential community operations and regulations
Proficiency in organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, customer-centered work environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
Certification in property or community management is a plus
