Responsibilities
Surface high-value AI use cases across investment data workflows and prioritize them based on business impact and feasibility
Lead "Idea-to-POC" initiatives. You’ll build functional demonstrations using GenAI frameworks and cloud services (AWS) to prove value before full-scale engineering
Identify ways to use AI to sharpen investment decision-making and automate manual back-office processes
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the SDLC while maintaining security and risk standards
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years in professional tech/strategy, with at least 2–3 years focused specifically on AI, GenAI, or advanced automation
A strong background in Investment Management, ETFs, or Trading environments is essential
Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and cloud-based AI services (AWS preferred)
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and translate 'AI hype' into structured, data-backed business cases
Preferred
Experience in highly regulated environments (Model Risk, Compliance, Governance)
Familiarity with AI-assisted developer tools like Claude Code or agentic workflow platforms
