Responsibilities
Field a variety of investment and revenue-related questions from both internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner
Leverage data and internal systems to process and review investment management fee invoices, including supporting documentation for base and performance/variable fee calculations and related taxes
Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate existing and prospective clients and assess their impact on the firm’s overall book of business
Respond to and complete ad hoc requests from both internal teams and external partners
Support the preparation and aggregation of data for System and Organization Controls (SOC) audit inquiries
Participate in the testing and validation of application enhancements, including a major software upgrade planned for this year
Review and approve the onboarding and configuration of new accounts within the revenue platform to ensure accuracy and completeness
Develop and maintain procedural documentation to support knowledge sharing for current and future team members
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree with zero to two years of related work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn a handful of proprietary applications
Strong academic performance, demonstrated by a high GPA
Strong mathematical skills, business acumen, and a demonstrated interest in financial markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job and grow by taking on increasingly complex assignments

Prior experience at financial services firms preferred
