Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge applications
Define technical standards and best practices to ensure scalability and reliability
Mentor and inspire developers, fostering growth and collaboration across teams
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Analyze systems, recommend improvements, and explore emerging technologies
Design and maintain databases, implement security measures, and optimize performance
Support critical production events and participate in on-call rotations
Drive continuous improvement through strong documentation and process enhancements
