Responsibilities

Help define the global marketing measurement framework from top of funnel to customer acquisition and expansion, including core KPIs, definitions, and governance
Develop and drive a multi-year analytics roadmap that supports CrowdStrike’s growth strategy, including AI-driven insights and experimentation approaches
Build, lead, and mentor a marketing analytics team; set goals, establish processes, and foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Work collaboratively across GTM analytics teams to ensure a common set of data, definitions and measurements across the funnel
Serve as a key advisor to the CMO and marketing leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations and trade-offs
Design and operationalize dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into marketing performance across channels, segments, regions, and products
Lead analysis of full-funnel performance (awareness, engagement, MQL, SQL, pipeline, bookings, module adoption, ARR) to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
Develop and maintain a GTM and marketing attribution model to measure program ROI and inform budget allocation and channel mix decisions
Partner with the Demand Generation and Digital teams to run structured experiments (A/B tests, incrementality tests) and provide statistically rigorous recommendations
Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Alliances and Finance on pipeline diagnostics, forecasting, and scenario modeling for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline and ARR
Build models that link marketing inputs (spend, campaigns, programs) to outputs (pipeline, ARR, retention/expansion) at segment and product levels
Provide executive-ready insights for QBRs, board materials, and planning cycles, highlighting what’s working, what’s not, and where to invest next
Turn data into compelling narratives that influence senior stakeholders and drive action
Educate and enable the broader marketing organization on metrics, dashboards, and how to use data in planning and execution
Advocate for a data-informed culture while balancing quantitative insight with market context and customer understanding

Required

15+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related roles, with a strong focus on B2B and/or B2B SaaS businesses
Experience leading analytics teams, including hiring, coaching, and career development
Proven track record partnering across Marketing and Sales leaders to drive measurable improvements in pipeline, conversion, and ROI
Experience with a modern marketing and analytics tech stack, including Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake as well as the next-generation of AI-powered technologies
Strong statistical and analytical skills, including comfort with experimentation design, regression, pipeline modeling and forecasting techniques (hands-on or via close partnership with data science)
Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to create C-level narratives and influence decisions
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics); Advanced degree is a plus

Preferred

Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure software, or enterprise SaaS
Direct experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and performance marketing velocity related metrics
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven marketing use cases (propensity models, next-best-action, churn/upsell modeling)
Experience working in a high-growth, global organization with distributed teams
