Responsibilities

Build and integrate microservices and REST APIs to support application functionality
Assist in the design and development of solutions leveraging generative AI technologies
Support software and system integration development efforts in support of digital engineering / model-based engineering capabilities
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ontologies
Work cross-functionally with multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to assist and enable their adoption of new digital engineering capabilities throughout all aspects of the engineering lifecycle
Actively participate in agile development, including program increment planning
Adhere to Systems Engineering and DevSecOps processes to develop applications and workflows that support data analysis and visualization

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
2+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Coursework or Work-related programming experience with any of the following software development languages: Ada, C, C++, C#, JAVA, or Python
2 + years' experience working in a project utilizing modern software development methodologies (e.g. agile)
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

Preferred

Experience with development of data integration solutions including Application Programming Interface (API) Integration
Experience with Python and/or Javascript
Experience with web development frameworks such as React
Experience with Container management and/or orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
Experience with data modeling, ontology, and industry standards for data exchange
Knowledge of or experience with Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and systems integration between Teamcenter and Enterprise Resource Planning and Manufacturing Execution Systems
Experience modeling or simulating systems
Experience developing and documenting architecture using SysML in MSOSA or similar Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools
Experience with agile planning, collaboration and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Gitlab, JIRA, and Confluence
Experience with hybrid on-premises and cloud-based environments, high performance computing, and virtualized environments
Experience with generative AI technologies, including model training and deployment
