The role involves greeting individuals, providing directions, answering informational questions, and assisting in problem-solving to enhance the hospital experience.

Proactively ensures a warm, friendly welcome and initial impression for visitors, patients and families as they enter the hospital lobbies

Greets and provides directions to their respective destinations

Answers informational questions regarding locations of departments, physician offices, contact people, hours of operation, visiting hours, etc

Provides appropriate screening of visitors

Assists in problem-solving as indicated

Helps to ensure an excellent hospital experience in keeping with the Rush Copley Promise behaviors
