Responsibilities
Manage and support low-complexity projects under guidance from senior leadership
Learn and apply established project management processes, tools, and systems
Coordinate project team activities to ensure timely execution of work
Manage project schedules, costs, procurement activities, and documentation
Communicate project updates and coordination needs across the organization
Support annual capital budget development and validation efforts
Coordinate inputs and prepare materials for budget review meetings
Assist with tracking and documentation related to approved and proposed projects
Monitor and report on overall project health, including:
Financial performance
Schedule adherence
Management of Change (MOC) activity
Maintain and audit project information accuracy, including:
Cost trackers
Schedule updates and rebaselines
Forecast updates
Project status reporting
Monitor required project documentation for completeness and compliance
Track workflow items such as AFEs and MOCs through completion
Monitor cost approvals, exceptions, and time reporting (Fieldglass, Track Time)
Analyze forecast and schedule alignment
Review and analyze project status update reports and job plans
Create monthly reimbursable spend reports
Maintain and validate pipeline and tank outage schedules
Generate summary reports highlighting findings from audits and analysis
Set up projects in the project management system
Submit AFEs as required and assist in approval workflows
Coordinate bid events and communicate with bidders
Support requisition processes as needed
Verify contractor OQ compliance (ISN)
Maintain and update contractor registers
Upload completed project documentation to MyDocs
Support T&M contractor time reporting and reviews
Provide job plan support and documentation assistance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1–5 years of relevant experience
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong work ethic and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Must be Dallas-based and able to work in-office approximately 4 days per week
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Education or experience in construction, engineering, or Oil & Gas
Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in the Oil & Gas industry
