B&Q is a home improvement retailer committed to helping customers create homes they love. They are seeking a TradePoint Customer Advisor to engage with trade members, recommend products, and provide excellent customer service while working part-time hours on a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

Help deliver a great experience for our TradePoint members by engaging, listening & selling the right products & services

Deal with all kinds of trade members every day

Take ownership of your TradePoint members & get to know them & their business through great conversations

Recommend the right products and services for them

Build relationships with customers & identify new business opportunities

Help trade members get great value through promotions and signing up for the trade loyalty scheme

Continuously develop your skills through training and learning from others

Work as part of a team and be flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays
