Responsibilities

Design and develop inbound and outbound Workday integrations
Support Workday Financial integrations and architecture
Work across the full SDLC: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment
Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIB
Troubleshoot production issues with quick turnaround
Create technical and functional design documentation
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and architectural standards
Mentor and guide team members (Senior/Lead levels)

Required

2+ years (Level 2), 5+ years (Senior), or 8+ years (Lead) of Workday experience
Strong experience with Workday Integrations & Security Framework
Hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Calculated Fields
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Java, Oracle PL/SQL
OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker
Git, Maven, Jenkins
PRISM, BIRT Reporting
Financial systems integration experience
Monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, APM)
