UX Strategy and Operations Systems Architect

Responsibilities
Design and implement operational systems that bridge business requirements with technical feasibility
Automate manual business processes utilizing scripts (e.g., Python, Apps Script), SQL, or Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of internal operational tools, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
Lead change management efforts for new systems, ensuring adoption and behavioral change among stakeholders
Collaborate with Program and Operations and Strategy and Operations leadership to identify opportunities for automation and technical optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, or a related industry
4 years of experience in analyzing and translating data into insights, providing recommendations for improvements, and presenting results of analysis to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python or SQL
Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), data pipelines, and systems architecture
Preferred
Experience with service design or information architecture
Experience in utilizing AI-based tools or agents to solve operational problems
Experience with behavioral change and adoption for new systems or workflows
Experience with implementing new operational systems or tools in an organizational setting, and with project execution and delivery
Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and the needs of Design and Research teams
