Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Administration: Plan, organize, and evaluate Adult Day Care/Health program activities to ensure alignment with established policies and quality standards

Care Oversight: Lead care planning and implementation, facilitate family meetings, and manage follow-up actions

Staff Supervision: Direct and support the Health Care Coordinator, administrative, and transportation teams; plan and coordinate staff training

Compliance & Certification: Maintain compliance with state and federal requirements; oversee certification with NC DHHS and DHSR

Service Decisions: Ensure participant service decisions are appropriate, person-centered, and well-documented

External Relations: Represent the program in the community and across the state; foster positive public relations and partnerships

Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned
