Mid LevelAAON, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Production Leader to manage the efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor. The role involves providing customer service to the production team, ensuring timely delivery of parts, and overseeing staff hiring and training.

Responsibilities
Provides the highest level of customer service to the Production team to maximize company success
Ensures on time and accurate delivery of parts to each Production line in a timely and organized manner
Hires and trains staff, communicates job expectations, and implements company policies and procedures
Evaluates inventory organization for most efficient space utilization
Provides Manufacturing with all required parts in a timely manner
Accurately sorts, maintains, and stages product
Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and/or daily checks
Ensures inventory is appropriately labeled and placed in the accurate bin locations
Completes forklift inspections daily
Rejects damaged goods and takes corrective action
Logs non-conforming product and verifies returned goods
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
AAON Forklift Certification
Demonstrates strong leadership abilities
Communicates effectively in written and spoken form
Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Presents a strong, confident, and decisive personality
Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and excellent organizational skills
Works effectively in a team environment
Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Lift up to 50lbs
Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours
Seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure
