Responsibilities
Track and maintain inventory for raw materials, WIP, and finished good
Generate accurate inventory reports and dashboards using ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)
Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, Inventory stocking and destocking
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage orders, track shipments and returns, and resolve any inventory-related issues that may arise
Performing physical count of inventory and reconciling actual stock count to database reports
Qualification
Required
Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets)
Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems
Detail oriented problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a part of a team and independently
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two (2) years of professional experience or AS/AA degree and five (5) years of professional experience
