Sales Development Representative

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities in the Food Service, Beer, and Beverage industries. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to build a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Identify and source new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and inbound leads
Introduce customers to Rehrig Pacific’s innovative Delivery Solutions that transform logistics and operations
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and meet weekly/monthly outreach goals
Use analytics and insights to target high-potential accounts and refine strategies
Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other CRM tools
Qualify leads by uncovering customer needs and aligning them with Rehrig’s solutions
Share market feedback with internal teams to strengthen sales and marketing strategies
Collaborate closely with marketing to develop content, campaigns, and nurturing sequences
Build your knowledge of the Delivery Solutions portfolio, industry trends, and customer needs
Participate in ongoing sales training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
Represent Rehrig Pacific at trade shows and networking events to expand your industry presence
Generate reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and outreach activity
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor trends
Recommend tools and technologies that improve efficiency and results

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
Confidence in making cold calls and engaging potential customers

Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer meetings, and internal events
