Manufacturing Planner II - Onsite Tucson, AZ
Raytheon is a leading company focused on helping the nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. They are seeking a Manufacturing Planner II to manage and lead the acquisition and manufacturing of Test Equipment, resolving manufacturing issues and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities
Actively contribute to the design, acquisition, and manufacturing of complex test equipment including cables, chassis, electro/mechanical fixtures
Participate in engineering design reviews
Manage and maintain build configuration and quality history records
Acquire, track, manage material from procurement through final delivery of completed test sets
Assist in resolving manufacturing issues and overseeing delivery of final products to internal/external customers
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant engineering experience interpreting engineering drawings related to electrical instrumentation, assemblies, cables, chassis, electro-mechanical assemblies
Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering lab environment area
Experience with material procurement
US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Preferred
Previous experience working with test equipment or prototype engineering hardware
Experience maintaining configuration control of products and drawings
Experience interfacing directly with customers in an engineering/manufacturing environment
Experience with Microsoft Office software and database applications
Experience with the design, use, and fabrication of electrical instrumentation
Experience dealing with supply chain and material obsolescence issues
