Bancroft Construction Services, LLC is seeking a technically driven Software & Systems Implementation Intern to support the setup and configuration of internal business systems. The intern will assist with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Pro, including system setup, configuration, documentation, and process alignment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Pro
Support data organization, system structure, and workflow configuration
Document system setup, processes, and best practices
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align system functionality with business needs
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for system optimization
Assist with integration planning between Microsoft Dynamics Pro and other tools
Support automation and AI-related initiatives as needed
Create clear documentation, SOPs, and process maps
Test system functionality and assist with troubleshooting

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a software-related field, such as:
Computer Science
Software Engineering
Information Systems / Management Information Systems (MIS)
Computer Engineering
Data Science or a related technical field
Familiarity with software systems and digital platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly and document processes clearly

Preferred

Interest in or exposure to AI technologies and applications
Experience with Microsoft products or enterprise software systems
Basic understanding of databases, system workflows, or integrations
Experience with automation tools, APIs, or scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
