Account Executive – Mid-Market Managed IT & Cybersecurity Services
RSA Tech is a technology services organization specializing in managed IT and cybersecurity services. They are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new-logo acquisition and revenue growth through the sale of subscription-based services while building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new mid-market clients for managed IT and cybersecurity services
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Present and position managed services offerings including cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and IT support
Conduct discovery and needs assessments to align solutions with business outcomes
Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure smooth client onboarding
Maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, IT Director)
Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
Travel within the U.S. as required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of technology sales experience, preferably within an MSP, MSSP, or recurring services model
Proven success selling subscription-based IT, security, or cloud services
Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable operating independently
