Responsibilities
While in the stores, you will keep our displays clean, stocked with brochures, and report any damages
You will attend meetings and ongoing training development classes with Re-Bath to better your customer lead development skills
You will attend inside and outside events as weather allows, requested by your assigned stores to help drive knowledge and lead generation
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Solutions-focused, results-driven, and compliance-minded
High-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and flexible in a growing and evolving company
Must be able to pass a 50-state background check
Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance is required
Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends
Frequent phone and computer use
Repetitive hand and wrist motion using a computer mouse
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Time-off restrictions during peak business periods
Regular reaching, grasping, and carrying items related to showroom upkeep
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Must have reliable transportation
Preferred
2+ years of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
