Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated presentation outputs based on detailed criteria provided by product, design, and content teams
Judge the accuracy of model output to prompt, assessing both content relevance and visual execution
Assess visual quality, craftsmanship, layout, and overall design standards of model outputs
Apply consistent interpretive standards across evaluations, adapting to evolving changes and guidelines
Proactively flag system issues and share progress with cross-functional teams
Document findings and provide actionable feedback to improve future model outputs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine evaluation criteria and support continuous improvement of AI-generated content
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in visual content curation, design assessment, or creative quality assurance
Demonstrated experience in digital content or presentation environments
Proven track record with presentation visual quality evaluation
Knowledge of quality standards in relation to AI-generated tools
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
Strong visual design sensibilities including design styles, images, color palettes, fonts, and icons/graphics
Keen eye for aesthetic quality, craftsmanship, layout, and overall design standards
Proficiency with presentation software and slide design best practices
Ability to give precise, objective judgments using a structured approach to content evaluation
Comfortable identifying nuanced issues in model output and communicating findings clearly
Adaptable to changing project parameters with ability to apply consistent interpretive standards
Clear and timely communication skills for collaborating with product, design, and content teams
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
