Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue cycle operations and achieve financial objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions in revenue cycle management
Oversee the analysis and reporting of key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of data integrity and security
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in revenue cycle management (10+), with a focus on patient financial services
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. (Senior Director and above)
Strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
