Responsibilities
Lead a large, multi-track software development program, managing multiple solution teams across various application development streams
Define and evolve the product vision in alignment with business strategy and customer needs
Drive planning, execution, and delivery across Azure-based development projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals
Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, engineering, and product leadership to ensure cohesive execution
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale software development programs
Proven success delivering cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
Strong global delivery experience, including working with distributed teams and international stakeholders
Background in product management and product strategy, ideally in a consulting or enterprise SaaS environment
Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Must be able to work onsite in the Northern NJ office at least 3 days per week
