Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties of a responsible and confidential nature for a large staff in a fast-paced environment
Independently perform a moderate variety of tasks within specific work guidelines
Perform administrative duties for a functional team of 11, to include an Assistant County Attorney in a fast-paced environment
Review, verify, complete, and record general information in the Automated Collections Tracking System (ACTS)
Interact with clients, other employees and the public to gather, relay, and explain information to establish and update records or to determine eligibility for services

Required

High school diploma or GED
One year of administrative/office support experience
Equivalent education and experience are accepted

Preferred

Experience working in a Child Support Enforcement Office
Experience supporting multiple staff in an administrative/clerical capacity
Ability to maintain composure while assisting a high volume of demanding clientele
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, Electronic Document Management Systems, and eCourts
