Litigation Legal Assistant

LHH has partnered with a great firm who is seeking a Litigation and Trademark Legal Assistant to join a collaborative legal team. You’ll support three attorneys across litigation and trademark matters in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and case support for litigation and trademark matters
Assist with document preparation, filings, and case organization
Coordinate attorney calendars, deadlines, and meetings
Support trial preparation and trademark-related tasks (training provided)
Communicate effectively with attorneys and team members

Qualification

Litigation experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyOrganizational skillsTrademark exposureParalegal Certificate

Required

Minimum 2–3 years of legal assistant experience (litigation required; trademark exposure is a plus)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent attention to detail

Preferred

Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
