Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution)
Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and valuation analyses
Support live M&A, capital raising, and restructuring engagements
Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and client-facing presentations
Assist in due diligence, data room management, and deal execution
Work with senior bankers to support client strategy and transaction workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field
Strong financial modeling & valuation skills
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Highly detail-oriented, structured, and self-motivated
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
Preferred
Prior internship or full-time experience in finance (banking, PE, consulting, audit, FP&A)
