Responsibilities

Configure and enhance OTM (agents, workflows, statuses, route groups) for optimized operations
Develop and tune PL/SQL procedures, queries, triggers, and high-volume transaction processes
Integrate OTM with external systems via web services, XML, middleware, and telematics/ELD
Monitor and troubleshoot OTM performance, logs, thread management, and environment stability
Conduct root cause analysis for bottlenecks in agents, workflows, and integrations
Perform database tuning, table optimization, and server load balancing with DBAs
Develop BI Publisher and Tableau reports to support operations and analytics
Conduct fit-gap analysis and design scalable OTM fleet solutions with minimal customization

Required

7+ years of hands-on OTM development experience
Deep knowledge of the OTM data model, fleet-specific tables, and driver/asset workflows
Expertise in OTM configuration and automation (agents, workflow logic, event triggers)
Strong skills in server performance tuning and environment optimization
Advanced PL/SQL debugging and query optimization
Experience resolving deadlocks, agent delays, and thread contention
Proficiency in capacity planning and scalable system design
Strong problem-solving mindset for complex OTM application and infrastructure challenges

Preferred

Experience with OTM Cloud migration and roadmap
Fleet Management modules: driver management, dispatching, equipment/power unit tracking
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable OTM fleet solutions
