LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire an experienced Fixed Asset Manager to lead all aspects of asset accounting and lifecycle management. This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of the company’s asset portfolio, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting operational and capital planning.

Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end fixed asset processes including acquisition, tracking, depreciation, and disposals

Oversee fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, close activities, and audit support

Monitor capital projects and spending, ensuring timely capitalization and project closeout

Establish and maintain depreciation methods, useful lives, and valuation assumptions

Support asset‑related compliance requirements, including coordination with external advisors

Lead physical inventories and internal audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies

Enhance policies, procedures, and systems to strengthen accuracy and efficiency

Provide analysis and insights on asset utilization, lifecycle trends, and replacement decisions
