Employment Litigation Associate (US Remote)
Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting is a boutique law firm seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to support a sophisticated client base in the wealth management and financial services space. The role involves handling disputes related to employment transitions and restrictive covenants, managing cases from pre-dispute counseling through litigation and trial.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on employment transition strategy, risk, and regulatory considerations
Manage matters from pre-dispute counseling through litigation and trial
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and key litigation filings
Run multiple deadlines with precision and excellent judgment
Build trusted relationships through responsiveness, clarity, and ownership
Qualification
Required
3–10 years of employment litigation experience
Strong background in restrictive covenants, non-competes, trade secrets etc
Trial experience (first or second chair)
JD from a Top-100 law school; active bar membership in good standing (no disciplinary history)
Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills
High attention to detail + strong time management
Comfortable in a fully remote, tech-enabled practice
