Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Planning: Own and refine the company’s operating and financial model; build driver-based forecasts, scenario models, and sensitivity analyses; and partner with leadership to update assumptions and budget variance drivers

Reporting & Insights: Design and deliver monthly KPI dashboards for leadership and the board; prepare monthly BvA reporting to analyze variances; and build compelling decks to communicate insights clearly

Business Partnering: Act as a cross-functional thought partner to Sales, CS, Product, and Ops; support go-to-market planning and commercial analysis; and help teams translate revenue goals into capacity, hiring, and spend needs

Data + Revenue Support: Work closely with Billing and RevOps on ARR, expansion, churn, and retention; track SaaS unit economics ( CAC, LTV, Gross Margins ); and assist with cohort analysis and pricing impact

Strategic Projects: Support fundraising or board prep, including narrative development; evaluate business cases for new initiatives and products; and drive automation and process improvement across finance workflows
